Contract Details

  • 6 or 12-month memberships are available

  • Members get four (4) passes for family & friends

  • Unlimited monthly visits for the same members pricing

  • A monthly payment is charged EFT (electronic funds transfer)

  • EFT will continue after the anniversary date unless you cancel in writing

  • Therapies must be redeemed each month. There are no refunds or rollovers

  • After each months visit, any subsequent visit is entitled to subsequent member pricing

  • Payment may only be used towards therapies, not towards gift cards or merchandise
